Increased Internal Mobility

An awareness campaign which aims to increase internal career mobility, which started in 2013, saw positive results in the Asia Pacific region with internal fill rate increasing from 27 % in 2013 to 36 % in 2014. This trend is mirrored globally.

New Framework for Senior Leadership Development

In 2014, the bank developed a new framework for senior leadership development to strengthen leadership capabilities, support career mobility, succession planning and staff development activity. 69 senior leaders took part in this process.
