Implementing our Learning 2015 + strategy provided the opportunity to streamline our portfolio of training options towards more self-service learning options combined with instructor-led training, and an increase in internal leader-led sessions. We saw a 10 % increase in online e-learning courses, which enables more targeted development with shorter duration. This strategy, combined with increased organizational and governance enhancements, contributed to a small overall reduction in training days per full-time equivalent.
