”100 days” project – strategic review to further recalibrate CB&S to ensure that the business is optimally aligned with the market environment and clients‘ needs, while delivering sustainable returns to shareholders.

Global Transaction Banking

Autobahn App Market: GTB contributed to the development of the first app-based electronic client offering in the financial services industry to give clients access to more than 150 applications (apps).

Asset & Wealth Management

Established the AWM Executive Committee chaired by the new Head of AWM Michele Faissola.
Created a matrix organization structure that spans both Asset and Wealth Management.

Private & Business Clients

Integration of Postbank into the PBC Corporate Division and development of a common platform for processes and IT infrastructure (Magellan).
