The Supervisory Board appoints, supervises and advices the Board of Managing Directors and is directly involved in decisions of fundamental importance to the bank. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board coordinates work within the Supervisory Board. The duties, procedures and committees of our Supervisory Board are specified in its Terms of Reference, which are available on our Internet website.
The members representing our shareholders were elected at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 10, 2003, and the members representing our employees were elected on May 8, 2003.
