Dividend

It will be proposed to the General Meeting on June 2, 2004 that the dividend for the financial year 2003 be increased by € 0.20 to € 1.50. In doing this, we want to let our shareholders participate directly in our improved performance of 2003. The increase also expresses our confidence in our ability to further improve profitability in the next years.
